I cant open the application

Since I downloaded the last two updates I had a lot of problems with the application. When I downloaded the January 7th update I couldnt see the pictures of the crew members that I was adding to my flights and after downloading todays update I cant even open the application. I had this application since July 2012 without having any issues before and at the beginning it was a very friendly user app. The worst of all this is that they dont even show a contact number where to call to get help with this troubleshoot. Now Im stuck for my next flight because I wouldnt be able to add my information and I will have to do it by hand like the old times. Please if any one nows how to contact this guys or fix the problem Im open to any advise.
